Restorative dentistry refers to repair and maintenance of the mouth. It includes the repair of broken or leaking fillings. Natural teeth that have been damaged, decayed or lost can be made to look and function as healthy teeth once again through restorative dentistry. The best news is that today restorative dentistry offers many more comfortable alternatives than were available even just a few years ago.
A root canal is a treatment used to repair and save a tooth that is badly decayed or becomes infected. During a root canal procedure, the nerve and pulp are removed and the inside of the tooth is cleaned and sealed. Without treatment, the tissue surrounding the tooth will become infected and abscesses may form.
This part of dentistry deals with the improvement of your smile. This part of dentistry consists of reshaping of teeth, veneers, and cosmetic crowns to repair teeth that are unsightly.
We offer many services for the children in our practice including education, fluoride, and the chance to visit before the need for extensive dentistry.
We do simple extraction on patients that is comfortable, or we can refer the patient for oral surgery if sedation is desired.
